I finally have Le Potato touch working with an Elecrow 5"

I’d like to get a 7" as my fingers are too big for the 5" touch. Does anyone have some recommendations for a low-cost 7"?
One where the Le Potato attaches to the back of the screen. I love the Le Potato setup, very tidy.
