Hi,
do Libre potato has any OS capability of parition encrpytion such as LUKS?

You can do luks but you have to partition yourself. We recommend making a SD card with our bootloader via libretech-flash-tool and then plugging in the Fedora installer via USB and running through luks setup that way. Our default images are not encrypted without manual modification.

are there any guides or video could walk through the setup?

I’ve tried with method you recommended on the potato v1, screen stuck at loading stating checking ethernet…etc or even stuck at the status of display.
waited 1hour still stuck at the same page.

You have tried with the Fedora Workstation Live ISO?

Yes, tried with sdcard with the Flash tools + usb Fedora workstation Live ISO.
