Batocera doesnt connect to wifi with Genbasic Dongle

Hi, I downloaded Batocera for my Le Potato, but my Genbasic wifi/bluetooth dongle doesn’t seem to work on the OS, I tried using EmuElec, LibreElec, Ubuntu and Debian and the dongle works great on all those OSes, but I was wondering if I was doing something wrong with Batocera or if the dongle just isn’t supported on that specific OS?

I have Le Potato, Genbasic WIFI (not Bluetooth), Batocera image and I don’t remember any problems …

For some reason the bluetooth works, but not the wifi, I was really hoping to use it for updates, theme downloads and moonlight streaming

The bluetooth wifi dongle needs Linux 6.2+. Is batocera rnning 6.2+? If so, the developers need to enable RTW88 module. If not, they need the proprietary modules. You can post on their forum with this request and link back to this message.
