Can't Boot ROC-RK3328-CC

I haven’t been able to boot my ROC board, so I tried a bit of serial debug but all I see is this;

If I hold down the Uboot button, I just see this;

I’ll try a different adaptor.

Please provide a picture of your hookup and adapter.

I tried a new adapter and got it to work. This is the error I get:
