I removed Debian 11 desktop and installed Debian 12 base, no desktop.
cat /proc/version tells me “Debian 12.2.0-14” but my system prompt says “root@Debian-11-roc-rk3328-cc”
Is this normal?
Our builders had a bug a few week ago. This should have been fixed. It’s a topical error where the hostname file was misconfigured. You can just change the hostname and hosts files accordingly.

Yes, I changed my hostname. Made my brain hurt knowing I was in 12 but seeing 11 all day.
