I flashed both Debian 11 and 12, unzipping with 7Zip and flashing with Raspbian Imager, to a la Potato AML-S905X-CC and all I get is the peripherals connecting (keyboard, mouse, etc) and a bunch of other terminal commands and then nothing. The terminal stays in place and doesn’t seem to be a bash terminal and certainly nothing I can interact with. If I flash a headless version (lite) of Raspbian it does the exact same thing but actually prompts a username and login then a bash terminal. I tried ctrl+shift + F1,2,3 etc to try to bring a terminal up and nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It sounds like a compatibility problem with the display. Which display do you have? Do you have this problem with the latest images?
