Please update to our latest kernel and wiring tool via sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade. It should be Linux 6.12.41 or newer.

How would I configure some of the settings, like thresholds for fan speeds, etc?

You have to modify the overlays in libretech-wiring-tool to set the proper temperatures. You may also modify the values over the userspace interface in hwmon.
