Not work if conect to gpio, if conect to 3.3v all work

Now work if conect to gpio, if conect to 3.3v all work
I check gpio with multimeter, and see 3.3v, why my device not work. If i conect to 3.3v (orange) all work, i check amper, its 0.1mA. I cant understand why

its lepotato, rastbian

p.s. i usen power 5v 2,4A

GPIOs are not power transistors. They provide only 2mA. You are looking for a power transistor. Please learn about electronics and electrical concepts before you cause any damage to the board.

If it get 2mA, i need only 0.1mA, why it not work?

What do you have attached that only uses 0.1mA?
