Something that I think would be cool to add to the La potato’s software selection would be a clean and lite Windows 10/11 Linux iOS that run’s Linux programs but has the same kind of Windows 10/11 Desktop feeling to it that can run smoothly on the La potato. 
Hardware Accelerated Video Decode on Chromium Browser!
So far, this doesnt work (no V4L2 etc), but Raspberry Pi managed to do it somehow
