What are they? An adapter for a vesa mount perhaps?
Issue here is that USB ports are kind of upside down - LEDs of various dongles appear to be facing the bottom side. Wifi dongle on the photos is also problematic as the antenna has only 180 degress or rotation freedom - it could point “downwards” in the direction of the textolite bottom sheet, but not upwards ;(
