ROC-RK3328-CC USB 3.0 port not working in LibreELEC

Hi guys,

I’m running the latest LibreELEC image, downloaded today. I have a 1TB EXFAT drive plugged into a powered USB 3.0 hub. When I plug the hub into the USB3 port, nothing gets mounted and the drive doesn’t show up under /dev/disk/by-*. When I plug the hub into a USB2 port, the drive mounts fine.

How can I get this disk to be mounted through the USB3 port? USB3 and 4K are the reasons I bought this SBC.

For images from third parties like LibreELEC, please use their forums. They probably did not enable exFAT driver since it was previously patent ridden mess. If it’s not that, point us to that thread and we will take a look.
