Unable to boot after following instructions

I bought one of the Le Potato computers
I loaded the raspbian OS onto an SD card using the Raspberry Pi Imager tool
when I insert the SD card then power on the computer the green light never comes on

I have tried using both Rufus and the Raspberry Pi Imager tool and get the same issue on both
