Hi, I’ve recently purchased an Alta AML-A311D-CC for use as a Kodi media player. So far I have successfully installed and configured NixOS, Kodi and am booting off the latest firmware. Everything is functioning well, with the last issue to solve being shutdown/suspend. It seems so far that ‘shutdown -h now’ won’t permanently poweroff the board without rebooting which is OK as long as I can suspend and resume the system. I’m using an OS config for WOL that works on my other systems and have set kernel parameters ‘meson_gxl.enable_wol=1’ in systemd-boot. No luck so far resuming from suspend either through magic packets or cec signals from the TV. Ideally I’d like to have both working. Any tips on what to try next?
We have not yet tuned Alta or Solitude for WOL yet. This will be done around July.
