HDMI Refresh Rate Not Supported

I have a Renegade, 4GB. Hooking up to a new Septre 22" screen. I’ve tried every Config tweak and still cannot get past this error.
Ubuntu Gives me this error and Raspbian image gives me this error.
Screen displays Real Raspberry Pi 3 & 4 no problems, Orange Pi’s No problem. How do I fix this?

Also I DID manage to boot the Raspbian Lite OS. and SUDO has No Password? I feel this is wrong on many levels in the linux world. Fix this for me also.

We do not modify Raspbian default settings. That is a Raspbian configuration default.
