I’m looking to power the Le Potato without using the micro USB port. Is this possible through any of the GPIO ports? I’ve tried powering it through pins 1,2,and 4 and it powers on but does not boot up.
You can power directly via the 5V and ground pins. However, you need to supply at least 1.5A via those pins. 5V to pin 2 or 4 and ground to pin 6. If you put 5V and ground on the wrong pins, you’ll fry the board so this is not recommended if you don’t know what you’re doing.
